CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

This will be an in-person conference. Given the interactive nature of workshops, and other elements of the conference program, there will not be an option to attend virtually. 

What Does your Registration Include?

• Full participation in all sessions, including keynote presentations and workshops.
• Coffee Breaks and lunches during the conference program.
• Social Event: On the evening of Oct. 23, 2024, we will host an evening social event at the Museum of Anthropology, which is located on the UBC-Vancouver campus a short distance from the conference venue. Registrants and guests will have the opportunity to explore the museum and watch a performance. Appetizers will be available. Registrants can purchase tickets for guests, so the extended EDAC-ATAC “family” can join us. Adult tickets will cost $35, and youth tickets (ages 6-18 years) will be $15. Children under the age of 5 will have free admission.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference will incur an administrative fee of $35 CAD. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days prior to the conference will be refunded at 50% of the invoice plus an additional $35 CAD administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference. Cancellations must be received in writing.

• All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include 5% Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• All registrations are subject to the conference Terms and Conditions.
• Payment is made through our secure online payment gateway via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
